3- Sliding hamstring curls
4- Narrow Kneeling stance quad extensions
5- Forward to reverse lunge
6- Mountain Climbers
⭐superset - perform both exercises back to back before resting.
⭐Only go as far down as you’re comfortably able with the kneeling quad extensions.
